Rowland in the community

At Rowland we care passionately about the developments we build and the new communities we create. As a responsible developer we make significant investment contributions to the benefit of the wider community directly through local authorities, but also through infrastructure improvements, school funding and creating new amenities and new open spaces for the public to enjoy. We’re also proud to donate to national and local charities, as well as create sponsorship opportunities for individuals and organisations needing additional financial assistance.

In 2024 we made a total of £227,505 of charitable donations

Beautiful new homes

We have contributed approximately £10.2M to Local Authorities from January 2020 to December 2024 through Section 106 Agreements as part of the process of securing planning permission.

The purpose of the funding is to invest in community services, facilities and affordable housing to ensure local people benefit from development within their area.
