I visited Sandpiper Grange initially with my mum, as we thought buying a new build may be a little stressful. On arrival we met our Sales Executive who put us at ease and has been helpful throughout the process. I will very soon have the keys to my home and I am so looking forward to it. It has been an immense pleasure to associate with Sandpiper Grange for our first home. When we visited Thorne Meadows, we felt looked after and the Sales Executive was very informative. The main point for us, is Stephen was great to let us know about the availability of our new home so quickly. The standard of build has been very good with a snag list that only consisted of some minor cosmetic elements which I am extremely pleased to say Dan and his team have been going out of their way to fix. We are extremely impressed with the professional approach of the team on site.

We are both first time buyers and coming into this process was made easy for us from day 1. Kiera our sales executive on Finch Park explained the process from start to finish, kept us regularly updated throughout the build - to being handed the keys to our new perfect home. My dealings with Rowland have been with Stephen at Thorne Meadows. Although I was putting my home as Part Exchange I still had to complete on the sale of my other house. This put it back a short while but Stephen kept in touch regularly and was a great help. My move is finally set for Monday 7/12 and he has been a great help in keeping me sane whilst updating me of the progress of my property.

Had the pleasure of Will the handyman fixing a bedroom door that had dropped a little bit. While he was here, he painted a small hole that had been filled and fixed my upvc patio doors. Lovely guy, pleasant and helpful.

I want to express my gratitude for Steve Speed, Sales Executive at The Pastures, Wesham. What an incredibly talented and professional man. As a result of his hard work we successfully managed to move into our dream family home. We moved into our first home- also Rowland– about 4 years ago.
We were impressed with the house it just, once our son came along, became a little too small for us. As we loved our home we wanted to stay with Rowland. Steve gave us this opportunity. He allowed us to part exchange which gave us a really great deal on our current house. We were given all sorts of bonuses too.

We call in to the sales office to say “hi” and catch up with our Sales Adviser every so often.
This visit was very important as our newest family member “Bear” had a visit to the sales office.
Bear brings us so much joy and together with our new Rowland Home, we are settling in very well.
We visited Pear Tree Grange for the very 1st time on Sunday 6th January 2019, following visiting other new build developments in the area. Having a lot to choose from can be very confusing, trying to remember developers standard spec. On arrival to Pear Tree Grange the welcome was warm and non pressuring. We looked at both show homes and were really impressed with The Brantwood.
We gained the information needed. Going home the property was on my mind and we called and talked with the Sales Adviser who invited us to an appointment to talk over options and help progress. The process to reserve was really helpful and informative. Now I am just waiting to move in. Thank you Rowland Homes for all of your time, even after hours!
We are just delighted! We visited Rowland Homes online over the festive break following completing on the sale of our previous property. House buying for the most part is not for the faint hearted. For those that decide to go down the new build route it requires a certain level of trust in the housing developer to deliver on what they promise. For a buyer, there is a lot to think about during the decision-making process.
We had a chat with David Saul who works in pre-construction and bought a Bowes style 4 bedroom detached house as part of the Romans Green development in Blackrod.
For an industrial professional he must have been hard to please. So, what sealed the deal for him?
David had looked at other showrooms but liked the quality of Rowland and thought they were much better than others he had seen. He said: “The location was brilliant and it was also Claire from the Sales team. Her personality was so nice and nothing was ever too much trouble. If I emailed a question over, I got a response within the hour. Plus Nick the Site Manager was fantastic!”
Getting great customer service and building a good rapport with the team certainly helped to gain David’s trust in Rowland.
But we asked about the house itself, what was the main selling point? “For this particular style of house, the lounge is separate from the kitchen and family room which I liked,” he said.
David was also impressed with the construction and standard of work: “A lot of other developers for example use white cheap plug sockets but our house has been fitted with brushed steel Chrome effect sockets throughout. Also at the beginning, we were given the option of moving things about which was great, as we purchased before the roof going on our new home."
Now that you are moved in and preparing to spend your first Christmas in your new house, would you recommend Rowland to other people? “Yes, I would definitely buy another house from them and would also recommend them to other house buyers. I have bought other houses in the past and they have nothing on Rowland”.
We first visited looking for a new home, that would meet the needs of our family. Today we visited and brought our parents with us, who are already Rowland Homes owners. On arrival we all received a warm welcome from the Sales Adviser, who immediately took us to the Tree of Gifts. We all received a numbered bauble and are just delighted with our festive gifts. We revisited Rowland Homes after previously purchasing a new Rowland Home a number of years ago. On our arrival we were met by Stephen the Sales Adviser, who was warm, friendly and welcoming.
We mentioned that we had a Rowland Home and that we wanted to view the show homes. Our adviser extended his hand and said "thank you for your previous purchase", this was nice for us, as choosing to purchase again is such a personal journey.
