We’re delighted to announce that we completed the purchase of the former Bispham High School Blackpool, a 22-acre site on 28th March, and will be starting on site in May. This is the largest brownfield site that Rowland has acquired and is therefore a significant acquisition that will support the further growth of our business over the next few years in the region.
The approved scheme includes 200 homes, with a good mixture of three-bed semis and three and four-bed detached house types.
Our land and technical teams have been working hard to deliver this site over the last couple of years, so we are delighted to finalise this acquisition.
