We’re delighted to announce the acquisition of our latest site; Nell Lane, Cuerden, Chorley. An eight-acre site, situated in an attractive location, surrounded by both open countryside and residential development, and close to Cuerden Valley Park.
Our land and technical teams have worked quickly over the last couple of months to agree on this acquisition and have recently submitted a planning application for 97 homes, comprising a selection of 3-bedroom semis and three to five-bed detached family homes.
